Fly-Wills2024-03-15The most incredible experience and a must do in Finland This has to be one of the best activities you can do in Finland and something that really made our holiday extra special. Firstly the dogs are all extremely well looked after. This is a family run and owned business and this is evident from the moment you arrive. The dogs are well loved and cared for. Even going to live with the extended family during their retirement. They are eager to run and enjoy the sledge rides, being desperate to get going one the sledges are made ready. The staff are all very friendly and professional and guide you through the experience with a wealth of knowledge and information. The sledging itself is very easy, and there are multiple chances to swap with your partner so that one can ride and one can steer the sledge. The dogs are all gentle and friendly and there is time at the end to greet them and be with them. When you finish, you are taken into a warm tent and given hot chocolate, tea or coffee whilst the owner talks you through the dogs and answers any questions. We cannot recommend this company enough and will definitely book again if we return to Rovaniemi.Verified

Prepare for an extraordinary experience as we transport you to a charming, genuine husky farm, offering you the unique opportunity to take the reins of your very own husky team. Alongside this, you’ll be treated to an informative guided tour of the farm itself.
Snow is not a requirement for today’s adventure, as we’ll be zooming through the terrain in a troll cart. Following an exhilarating 3-kilometer husky ride, we’ll gather to savor piping hot coffee, refreshing cold beverages, and delectable biscuits. This is also the perfect moment to engage in a delightful conversation with our expert husky musher.

WINTER
Season
5km Husky Safari
Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes. Difficulty: Easy
Discover the thrill of guiding your own team of huskies through the enchanting winter wonderland! Your adventure begins with a warm welcome from our experienced husky musher at the resort’s reception. From there, you’ll be escorted to the kennel, where our friendly Alaskan huskies eagerly await your arrival. Prior to setting off on your safari, the husky musher will provide hands-on guidance on how to navigate your sleigh.
As you embark on this unforgettable journey, soak in the serene natural surroundings and relish the tranquil silence, accompanied by the rhythmic movement of your huskies. Upon completing the husky ride, we’ll return to the kennel, where you can indulge in engaging husky facts and captivating stories. Gather around the campfire for steaming hot drinks, creating the perfect ending to your remarkable husky adventure.
10km Husky Safari

Prepare for an exciting winter adventure alongside our lovable Alaskan huskies! As you arrive at the kennel, these friendly huskies will warmly greet you, setting the stage for your upcoming adventure.
Our experienced musher will provide comprehensive instructions on how to lead your own team of huskies before we embark on our snowy journey. Take in the crisp, pure air and savor every moment of the ride as you traverse the stunning winter landscape.
To make the experience even more memorable, halfway through the ride, you’ll have the opportunity to switch places with fellow adventurers and try your hand at mushing. Upon our return to the kennel, you’ll have the chance to bond with your newfound canine companions, offering plenty of opportunities to ask questions and gain insights into their lives in the kennel.

Night Husky Safari

This promises to be an unforgettable evening! Our expert guide will be waiting for you in the reception area to lead you to the kennel, where you’ll have the chance to meet and greet our delightful huskies.
As the night falls, we’ll don our headlamps and embark on an exhilarating mushing adventure with our team of huskies. This thrilling husky ride will guide you through the enchanting snow-covered landscape beneath a breathtaking starlit sky.
With a bit of luck, we might even be treated to a spectacular display of the Northern Lights.
Unadulterated Christmas Delight – Santa Claus, Arctic Wildlife, and Snowy Adventures

Prepare for an unforgettable day that the entire family will cherish! Our journey begins with a scenic bus ride to a remote wilderness resort, where a host of enchanting Christmas activities await.
