We are pleased to announce that we have completed the first stage of work on the guide for educators developed within the project “Education on the Road – Microcredentials in Adult Education.”

The guide was created in cooperation with the project partners: Baba Husky, FERI Foundation, Green Industry Foundation, Associazione Slow Tourism Alto Adige, and MATA Association. The shared goal of the partnership is to develop a modern model of adult education that combines mobility, experiential learning, reflection, and microcredentials.
The work on the guide included an analysis of the needs of educators and adult learners, consultations with local experts, discussions with educators and seniors, as well as joint development and refinement of the educational scenarios. As a result, we have prepared the final version of the material, which will serve as practical support for educators working in mobile and non-formal learning contexts.
The guide shows how to design “education on the road” during study visits, educational walks, international mobilities, local activities, and intergenerational meetings. Particular attention is given to accessibility, inclusion, the development of green and digital competences, and the possibility of documenting learning outcomes through microcredentials.
Completing the first stage of work is an important milestone in the project. The next steps will focus on testing, implementation, and dissemination of the developed results. We believe that the guide will become a useful tool for educators, non-governmental organisations, and institutions working with adults, including seniors.
We would like to thank all partners, experts, educators, and consultation participants for their engagement, valuable feedback, and collaborative work on the material. Thanks to this cooperation, the idea of Education on the Road is becoming more concrete, practical, and ready to be used in educational activities across different European countries.
