On October 21, 2024, an inspiring webinar was held as part of the “Green Power” project, bringing together 18 female participants from various industries in an atmosphere that fostered questions and fruitful discussions. The webinar was organized by our partner, the Foundation for Education, Development, and Innovation. The purpose of the event was to support women entrepreneurs in developing sustainable practices in their companies and to raise awareness of ecological actions that can benefit both their businesses and the environment.
During the webinar, invited experts presented practical solutions from various fields. We discussed how modern technologies can help reduce CO2 emissions and save energy. Additionally, we explored ways to optimize raw material and energy consumption so companies can operate more sustainably, and how pro-environmental initiatives can strengthen brand image and provide a competitive edge.
The participants also had the opportunity to exchange experiences during a networking session, which led to inspiring conversations about innovative projects and potential collaboration opportunities.
The webinar concluded with a Q&A session, where attendees could gain specific advice on implementing the discussed solutions in their businesses.
It is worth noting that the materials from the webinar can also be used in internal training sessions and onboarding for young employees, playing an essential role in shaping company values such as environmental care, fostering creativity, and promoting critical thinking.
